Apartments are very conveniently located with nice school and shopping complex nearby. Rent is also very reasonable considering the size of the floor plans of the apartments. Apartment office staff is very courteous and helpful. April worked up a good move in special deal for me and Kelsey got all the minor issues I had fixed quickly in a short time after I moved in.

I have now completed 4 months here and till now completely satisfied with the experience. Buildings are very well maintained and whole lobby area and corridors are cleaned and vacuumed regularly. Entry gate is secured with keyed entry and all the amenities like trash disposal, common laundry room and mail boxes are well inside the buildings only. They have a nice party room available to the residents for small parties like birthday party which is a big plus point. Parking has never been a problem.

I haven't seen a cockroach in my apartment or building till now. I have many office friends living with their families in other buildings but haven't heard about any pest issues from their side also. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartments to any of my friends.
