Starship Travel at 310 West Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights, Illinois.

My experience was horrible. One of the agents received money from me and several of my friends. The travel agent made us pay for one another confusing the receipts. That same agent was very unprofessional and often times reached out to us regarding the trip after hours. I would not recommend this company because how unprofessional the company was. I was under the impression that travel agents try to find the best rates for the customer not try to get over. Because of this experience going foward I will book my own trips
