Deluxe Nails Spa at 824 East Kensington Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois.

I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon. My fingers are in pain right now. My no chip manicure has left my nails paper thin and cracking.

The day I got them done, the technician painted my fingers with regular polish on accident, and then in a huge rush did a horrible job trying to repaint them. ( In attempts to take off the first polish job, she ground down my nails even more than she initially did. This is why my fingers are in so much pain.) I got a different number of coats on each hand, my nail polish was see through because there weren't enough coats, there was polish on my skin and under my nails etc. etc. I was at the salon for two + hours because of it AND didn't get any sort of discount for the poor work or inconvenience.

I felt like an inconvenience in the technician's schedule after she messed up! I didn't feel relaxed or taken care of, and now my hands feel miserable.

It is one thing to make a mistake, it's another to treat the customer poorly after the fact. I'm never going back.
